Questions about pricing
Can I start with Free and upgrade later?
Yes. Your free records stay in the app. When you upgrade, all new records will be legally certified. Previous free records cannot be retroactively certified, so the sooner you upgrade, the more certified days you accumulate.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel whenever you want. Your previously certified records remain valid on the blockchain; they don't expire. You just stop creating new certified records.
What's the difference between Premium and PRO?
Premium gives you 21 certified check-ins every 30 days. For most people that's enough: a check-in every day or two covers residency thresholds comfortably. PRO gives you 30 check-ins every 30 days, meaning you can check in daily without ever rationing. PRO also includes cloud backup, so your records are preserved even if you lose your device. Both plans include biometric verification, multi-vector GPS, external NTP timestamps, blockchain sealing, and eIDAS 2 PAdES LTA signatures. The difference is coverage frequency and storage redundancy.
What are extra check-in packs?
If you're on Premium and need more than 21 certified check-ins in a given month, you can purchase extra packs without upgrading to PRO. This gives you flexibility for months when you need more coverage.
