1. What ResidenceSafe Is
ResidenceSafe is a mobile application that certifies a user's physical presence at a specific location by combining biometric verification, GPS geolocation, and cryptographic sealing on the blockchain. The result is an immutable, independently verifiable record.
2. Available Plans
| Plan | Check-ins/month | Monthly report | Cloud backup | Price |

Add-ons
Additional individual check-ins and standalone reports can be purchased outside of a subscription. Check-ins purchased separately do not expire. Current prices are shown in the app at the time of purchase.
3. Subscriptions and Renewal
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically at the start of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancellation is handled through the relevant platform's settings.
Check-ins included in the subscription accumulate while the subscription is active. Upon cancellation, the check-ins included in the plan expire. Check-ins purchased individually do not expire.
After cancellation, a 3-day grace period applies during which the service remains operational. After that period, new certified check-ins cannot be made and automatic reports cannot be generated. Existing records and previously generated reports remain accessible.
4. User Obligations
- Provide accurate information during registration and identity verification.
- Not attempt to falsify, manipulate, or replicate check-ins through technical or any other means.
- Not use the app for fraudulent, unlawful, or bad-faith purposes.
- Keep the 12 account security words confidential.
- Notify support of any unauthorised access to the account.
- Use the app on only one device at a time.
- Keep the app updated to the latest available version to ensure record integrity.
5. Limitation of Liability
RJ Digital HUB SLU is not liable for how users or third parties use the generated records, nor for the outcome of any administrative, tax, or judicial proceedings in which they are submitted as evidence.
The legal validity of records depends on factors outside the service, including the applicable law in each jurisdiction and the criteria applied by each authority. ResidenceSafe does not guarantee that its records will be accepted by any specific authority.
Under no circumstances shall RJ Digital HUB SLU's total liability for any claim exceed the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
6. Service Availability
RJ Digital HUB SLU is committed to keeping the service operational at the highest possible level of availability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance through the app. Unplanned outages due to force majeure, emergency maintenance, or third-party failures do not entitle users to compensation.
In the event of a prolonged outage that prevents users from making check-ins, compensation will be considered on a case-by-case basis through the support channel.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, branding, and visual elements of ResidenceSafe are the property of RJ Digital HUB SLU or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without express written authorisation is prohibited.
Data generated by the user (check-in records, reports) belongs to the user. RJ Digital HUB SLU processes it solely for the purpose of providing the contracted service.
8. Modifications
RJ Digital HUB SLU may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users at least 15 days in advance through the app. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the changes, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Principat d'Andorra, without prejudice to the rights that EU consumer protection regulations grant to users residing in EU member states.
For any dispute arising from use of the service, the parties will first attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If that is not possible, the courts of the Principat d'Andorra shall have jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law provides for a different forum.
